Gus came to us from the local livestock auction as an 11-year-old broke gelding with Cushing’s. Turns out he is more like 21 years old and horrible at taking his Cushing’s medication. With the help of our amazing vet, we were able to find an injectable treatment for him. He has responded great and acts like he is a young boy again. Gus is broke to ride and is always the first to meet you at the gate at meal time. Such a great guy, he will make a great companion.
